Can we all agree that the crunch of pretty much any food is enough to make you want another bite!? Without getting too personal “fried hard” is how I  would finish all of my fried food orders before I went vegan.  I missed out on that crunchy yet sweet texture for years but I’ve finally found the perfect substitute !   “ENOKI MUSHROOM”  Here is a photo of some Enoki mushroom I fried using mustard opposed to egg yokes to have my flour stick to my mushroom.  This was better than most fried chicken that I've taste!   (Use the same seasonings you would...
