Before I could establish myself as an actual vegetarian, I first had to create the discipline.
I began with smoothies!
Before smoothies , I NEVER ate vegetables.
I used to have a hard time with mushy, or slimy textures in my mouth, this made me a big “hamburger, pasta and chicken person”.
Smoothies made it easier to digest and eat vegetables without the extra textures and taste!
It was this exact smoothie that helped me transition from meat and diary into a full vegetable diet!

This smoothies led me blindly into "intermittent fasting" giving me the fulfillment I needed for hours throughout my day. I was consuming less but enhancing more energy .
